With this Service Motorola Solutions provides 3 days onsite support for a MSI field engineer to install and configure the ordered BASIC WAVE* software on the Customers equipment or in conjunction with supporting ordered hardware if applicable. This service reduces risk, and is a cost effective way of bringing this service on line in a timely and effective way. (This installation is limited to BASIC WAVE* configuration only. Specific additional install options might be required depending on the complexity of the ordered system such as Wireline or Wireless interface to Dimetra or MOTOTRBO LMR system, Active Directory integration, Additional Media/Proxy server, User configuration for more than 1000 users. This service does not include a formal SAT.)
